Ca Dei Frati Cuvee Dei Frati
Ca Dei Frati Cuvee Dei Frati is a sparkling wine made using the traditional Metodo Classico process. After undergoing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 36 months, developing complexity. A small portion of Chardonnay in the blend contributes to its rounder, fuller character.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue with a fine, persistent mousse. Its nose is fragrant with notes of biscuit, hazelnut, hay, and ripe tobacco, while the palate is creamy, with fresh acidity and lingering hints of biscuit and hazelnut.
This sparkling wine pairs beautifully with seafood, particularly oysters or lobster, as well as creamy pasta dishes or aged cheeses.
