Lallier Blanc De Blancs Champagne
Lallier Blanc de Blancs is crafted from the prestigious vineyards of Ay and the Cote des Blancs in Champagne, France. These two regions are renowned for their chalky soils, which provide the ideal conditions for growing Chardonnay. The Cote des Blancs, in particular, is famous for producing some of the finest Chardonnay grapes, delivering wines of purity, elegance, and freshness.
The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes. This Champagne showcases the unique qualities of Chardonnay—freshness, citrus vibrancy, and floral elegance, while offering a distinct minerality and refined complexity. It is aged for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity. The wine undergoes a careful fermentation process with reserve wines to enhance consistency and character.
The wine has a pale yellow colour with emerald highlights. On the nose, it reveals floral aromas of hawthorn, acacia, and vine flower, combined with subtle hints of hazelnut and praline. The palate is fresh and precise, with vibrant citrus flavours of lemon and yuzu, finishing with a mineral, flinty elegance that reflects the chalky terroir.
This Champagne is perfect as an aperitif or paired with grilled seafood, scallops, and oysters, as well as roasted asparagus and lightly seasoned grilled meats. Serve at 10–12°C.
