This Champagne is a carefully crafted blend of the three main grape varieties of the region: Pinot Noir (30-40%), which provides structure and body; Pinot Meunier (30-40%), adding suppleness and fruity notes; and Chardonnay (20-30%), contributing finesse and freshness. Moët Impérial exemplifies the house's style, combining bright fruitiness, complexity, and an elegant maturity.

The wine is assembled from over 100 different wines, including 20-30% reserve wines that enhance its maturity and consistency. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, following the traditional method, and the wine is aged on its lees to develop complexity and a creamy texture. Moët Impérial undergoes a dosage adjustment to maintain its consistent brut profile, ensuring a balance between vivacity and richness.

Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut presents a golden straw-yellow hue with green highlights. The nose reveals vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with subtle notes of brioche and fresh nuts. On the palate, flavours of pear, peach, and apple combine with lively citrus and gooseberry. Fine bubbles add a creamy texture, leading to a balanced and elegant finish with hints of nuttiness and zest.
