The Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune is a distinguished wine-producing area situated in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy, France. This elevated region benefits from a cooler climate, which imparts a unique freshness and minerality to its wines. The convergence of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune in this area creates a diverse terroir, contributing to the complexity of the wines produced.

Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, this wine embodies the elegance and finesse characteristic of Burgundy reds. The grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic purity. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, imparting subtle toasted nuances and enhancing its complexity. The remaining wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on its lees, contributing to its texture and mouthfeel.

The 2022 vintage presents a deep purple hue with violet reflections. The nose is expressive, offering a broad spectrum of red and black fruit aromas, including strawberries, redcurrants, and blackberries, complemented by delicate toasted notes. On the palate, it is supple and refined, with silky tannins and a remarkable length, delivering a smooth finish.
