Pine Ridge Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Sourced from premier vineyards across Napa Valley, including the renowned Stags Leap District, Oakville, and Rutherford AVAs, this wine reflects the richness and diversity of the region. These areas are celebrated for their optimal climate, soil quality, and reputation for producing premium Cabernet Sauvignon, lending the wine its complexity and elegance.

A blend dominated by 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 8% Merlot, 7% Petite Sirah, and 5% Malbec. This combination delivers a full-bodied, layered red wine with intense fruit and structured tannins, showcasing a classic Napa Valley style.

Hand-picked at night to preserve freshness, the grapes underwent meticulous sorting and de-stemming. A cold soak and high-temperature fermentation were employed to maximise flavour and colour extraction. The wine was aged for 18 months, with 35% in new French oak, 15% in new American oak, and the remaining 50% in neutral French oak to balance elegance with vibrancy.

Rich and inviting, the wine offers aromas of dark chocolate, blackberries, plums, and spearmint, with subtle hints of violets and cedar. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with notes of black currant, cherry cordial, and spice, supported by firm, grainy tannins and a lingering, structured finish​.
