This wine is characterized by its balanced concentration, achieved through manual harvesting and sorting. It undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged for a minimum of one year in barrels.
It features aromas of ripe grapes, bergamot, and white flowers, including acacia. Ideal for pairing with peach fondant, apricots with verbena, or a mature blue cheese like Auvergne.
